SimplyJnJ’s Warranty & Return Policy

At SimplyJnJ, we try our absolute best to make sure you are happy with your purchase, but we know that sometimes a product is just not right. That’s why we have made our return policy as easy as possible. If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your product, you have up to 30 days to return it. If 30 days have gone by (from the purchase date), unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. See “Defective Products” section below for more information.
How Do I Return My Product?
To start the return process, simply email email@example.com with your order details and an explanation on why you would like to return the product. Someone will contact you shortly after to confirm whether you are within the policy deadline. Once we confirm that you are within the time-frame to return your product, we will ask you to ship the item to one of the return locations listed below.
What About My Refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com to begin the process. We will ask you to send your product to the applicable return location mentioned at the bottom of this page. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
SimplyJnJ stands behind all of its products. If your product has a material or workmanship flaw, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If within one year from the date of purchase, this product fails due to a defect in material or workmanship, SimplyJnJ will repair or replace the product, or necessary components. Parts and labour will be free of charge, however returning the product to SimplyJnJ will be at your own expense (see Shipping section below for details). This warranty excludes:
(a) damage caused by accident, abuse, mishandling, or transport
(b) units subject to unauthorized repair
(c) units not used in accordance with SimplyJnJ instructions
(d) damage exceeding the cost of the product;
(e) deterioration of the delivered product resulting from abnormal storage and/or safeguarding conditions on the client’s premises, and
(f) failure to provide the dated proof of purchase
To return your product, you should mail your product to the applicable location below. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
